بدأت الدول الغربية بحث ترتيبات الوضع في ليبيا بعد أن سقطت العاصمة طربلس في يد الثوار واختفى العقيد معمر القذافي، بينما بادر الوطني الانتقالي إلى طمأنة دول العالم بشأن الوضع في ليبيا.
