قال مسئولون باكستانيون ان هطل الامطار بغزارة على منطقة بادين في اقليم السند ادى الى تشريد حوالي سبعمائة الف شخص حيث حاصرت المياه منازلهم . وقامت الحكومة بايواء المشردين في حوالي مائتين و سبعين مخيما، لكنهم قالوا إنهم لم يتلقوا أي مساعدات.
