قالت مجلة تايم إنه بعد شهر من إعلان انفصال جنوب السودان لا توجد مؤشرات على انتهاء الصراع القديم بين الشمال والجنوب، كما تطرقت إلى أوجه الخلاف بين السودانين وخلافات أخرى داخل الحكومة في الخرطوم.
