قتل تسعة أشخاص برصاص قوات الأمن السورية بينهم الناشط السوري البارز معن العودات في درعا بجنوب البلاد وخمسة في دير الزور بالشمال الشرق التي تعرضت عدة أحياء فيها لقصف الجيش السوري لليوم الثاني على التوالي.
