طلب الاتحاد الأوروبي من إسرائيل إجراء تحقيق في استشهاد شابين فلسطينيين برصاص جنود إسرائيليين في مخيم قلنديا للاجئين في الضفة الغربية. وفي الأثناء عبرت بريطانيا عن قلقها حيال العملية العسكرية الإسرائيلية في قلنديا.
