لن يمر شهر رمضان بليبيا كسابقيه، فالحرب التي تكاد تكون أهلية لن تضع أوزارها، وهو ما أثر على دورة الحياة الاقتصادية، فالأسواق تعاني من قلة المواد الغذائية. وبالإضافة إلى لهيب الأسعار يتعين على الليبيين مواجهة لهيب درجة الحرارة خلال الشهر الفضيل.
