أكد الرئيس الفلسطيني محمود عباس ضرورة المطالبة بإعلان الدولة المستقلة دون أن يعني ذلك التخلي عن المسار التفاوضي، مشددا على أهمية إنجاز المصالحة الوطنية قبل التوجه إلى الأمم المتحدة.
