بدأت اليوم الأحد بأفغانستان أول مرحلة من عملية تسليم المهام الأمنية من قوات حلف شمال الأطلسي (ناتو) إلى السلطات المحلية وسط أجواء تتسم بالسرية. من جانبها قالت حركة طالبان إنها ستواصل القتال ولا يهمها نقل السلطة من يد إلى أخرى.
