قالت صحيفة صنداي تلغراف البريطانية إنها التقت أربعة كوريين شماليين نجحوا في تخطي الحراسة الأمنية الشديدة على الحدود مع الصين، وتحدثوا عن عودة نقص المواد الغذائية في بلادهم ووصول البلاد إلى مستوى المجاعة.
