يبدو أن الإحباط وخيبة الأمل هما السمتان الغالبتان على إحساس الفلسطينيين نتيجة تعثر مساعي تشكيل حكومة التوافق، التي كان من المأمول أن يقود تشكيلها نحو تطبيق باقي بنود اتفاق المصالحة الموقع عليه من قبل الحركات والفصائل الفلسطينية.
