أكد الرئيس السوداني عمر حسن البشير أنه سيشارك شخصيا في احتفال الإعلان الرسمي لاستقلال جنوب السودان الذي ستجرى مراسمه في جوبا يوم السبت المقبل بحضور العديد من المسؤولين وممثلي المنظمات الدولية.
