نفى المجلس الوطني الانتقالي الليبي ووزير الخارجية الإيطالي مزاعم حكومية ليبية بوجود محادثات بين الثوار ومعمر القذافي، فيما أكد وزير الخارجية الروسي وجود تباين في الموقف مع حلف شمال الأطلسي حيال العملية العسكرية الجارية في ليبيا.
