تستمر الخلافات بين حركتي فتح وحماس بشأن تشكيل حكومة التوافق الوطني استجابة لتوقيع اتفاق المصالحة مطلع الشهر الماضي، مما يثير تساؤلات عن دور المنظمات الأهلية في الضغط على الجانبين للتوصل إلى المصالحة وإنهاء الانقسام.
