يصعب أن تجد مصريا يدافع عن سياسة خارجية لبلاده خارج المجال العربي، وكثير من المصريين راغب باستعادة مصر زعامتها المفقودة. لكن ممارسة مثل هذا الدور لا تبدو ضمن أولويات المصريين في الوقت الحاضر.
