أقرت فرنسا بإنزال أسلحة فوق جبل نفوسة قرب طرابلس، في خطوة قالت صحيفة فرنسية إنها لتشجيع الثوار على محاصرة العاصمة وإطلاق شرارة انتفاضتها، في وقت سيطر فيه الثوار على مستودعات سلاح ضخمة بالغرب، وأبدت ألمانيا استعدادا لدعم الناتو بالذخيرة.
