يلقي الملك البحريني خطابا يعلن فيه خطوات تساهم في حل الأزمة السياسية الداخلية وذلك بعد يوم من الإفراج عن مزيد من الأشخاص الذين اعتقلوا على خلفية الاحتجاجات التي شهدتها المملكة وبالتزامن مع إعلان مصدر حكومي عن سحب السعودية الجزء الأكبر من قواتها.
