أعلنت الخارجية الإيرانية الثلاثاء ترحيبها بمحادثات فعالة مع السعودية لمناقشة سبل حل بعض القضايا الإقليمية، لكنها شددت في الوقت عينه على وجود بعض الشروط المسبقة لمثل هذه المفاوضات.
