دعت اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر في مناشدة علنية غير معتادة حركة المقاومة الإسلامية (حماس) إلى تقديم دليل يثبت أن الجندي الإسرائيلي الأسير جلعاد شاليط على قيد الحياة، لكن الحركة ردت على اللجنة الدولية بدعوتها لعدم التورط بما أسمتها الألاعيب الأمنية الإسرائيلية.
