أكد رئيس الوزراء الليبي البغدادي المحمودي حصول اتصالات بين النظام الليبي والثوار، وقد نفى الثوار ذلك في وقت سابق. وفي السياق حصل المجلس الانتقالي الليبي على اعتراف النمسا.
