وقعت إيطاليا والمجلس الوطني الانتقالي الليبي اتفاقا لإدارة تدفق المهاجرين وذلك في مدينة نابولي الإيطالية أمس الجمعة. ووقع الاتفاق وزير الخارجية الإيطالي فرانكو فراتيني ومسؤول العلاقات الخارجية في المجلس الانتقالي محمود جبريل.
