أظهر محضر مفصل نشره الخميس مدعي مانهاتن بنيويورك أن المدير العام السابق لصندوق النقد الدولي دومينيك ستراوس كانْ المتهم باعتداء جنسي ادعى عند توقيفه أنه يحظى بحصانة دبلوماسية.
