تبنت حركة الشباب المجاهدين هجوما استهدف قوة أفريقية تتولى حراسة ميناء مقديشو وسط تضارب الأنباء حول حجم الخسائر، بينما خرجت مظاهرات حاشدة بالمدينة تنديدا باتفاق كمبالا الذي ينص على تمديد الفترة الانتقالية واستقالة الحكومة.
