قال القيادي في حركة حماس محمود الزهار إن تصريحات رئيس المكتب السياسي للحركة خالد مشعل خلال اتفاق توقيع المصالحة بخصوص إعطاء مهلة للتفاوض مع إسرائيل، لا تمثل موقف الحركة الرسمي الذي يعتمد المقاومة برنامجا أساسيا وليس التفاوض.
