تحت شعار "الفوضى والنظام"، تعقد الدورة الـ42 من مهرجان الشعر العالمي بمدينة روتردام الهولندية، ويحضر عشرون شاعرا من مختلف بلدان العالم فعالياته المتنوعة في شهر يونيو/حزيران، وستقتصر المشاركة العربية في دورة هذا العام على شاعرين فقط.
