وافق وزراء مالية منطقة اليورو على برنامج إقراض طارئ للبرتغال لمدة ثلاث سنوات بقيمة 78 مليار يورو (110 مليارات دولار) وقالوا إن لشبونة ستطلب من حملة السندات من القطاع الخاص السعي إلى الاحتفاظ بديونها.
