نفذ حلف الأطلسي غارات جديدة على باب العزيزية في طرابلس ومناطق أخرى. وبينما دعا رئيس أركان الجيش البريطاني الحلف إلى تكثيف عملياته لزيادة الضغط على القذافي، قالت مصادر للجزيرة إن الثوار الليبيين يتقدمون غربا باتجاه زليتن بعد سيطرتهم على مدينة الدفينة.
