أفرزت الانتخابات البلدية السعودية في دورتها الثانية، المقررة يوم 24 سبتمبر/أيلول المقبل، انقساما بين الشباب في المملكة بين مؤيد للمشاركة فيها ومعارض يدعو للمقاطعة.
