اختتمت الأربعاء في مدينة إسطنبول ، فعاليات "لقاء إسطنبول من أجل سوريا" الذي نظمه "منبر إسطنبول للحوار السياسي". وطالب البيان الختامي للمشاركين بالإيقاف الفوري لنزيف الدم والاعتقالات العشوائية والتعذيب في سوريا، ورفع القيود أمام حرية الصحافة والتعبير.
