منحت الكويت إعانة مالية قدرها خمسون مليون دينار (نحو 177 مليون دولار) إلى الثوار في ليبيا، حسب ما صرح رئيس المجلس الوطني الانتقالي في ليبيا مصطفى عبد الجليل خلال زيارته للكويت أمس.
