اشتكى مسؤولون ليبيون يعملون بالموانئ من عرقلة حلف شمال الأطلسي (ناتو) لأعمال التجارة من خلال منع العديد من السفن التي تحمل بضائع من الرسو في الموانئ الليبية. وذكروا أن الصيادين يحجمون عن الإبحار بسفنهم خشية اعتراضهم من قبل الحلف.
