قالت صحيفة غارديان إن الولايات المتحدة تخطط لإرسال تجهيزات عسكرية غير قتالية بقيمة 25 مليون دولار إلى الثوار الليبيين. وتتضمن الخطة إرسال عربات وإمدادات طبية وألبسة واقية وأجهزة رؤية واتصال.
