أعلنت اليابان والولايات المتحدة عن شراكة للبدء في إعادة إعمار المناطق التي ضربها الزلزال في اليابان الشهر الماضي. وقال وزير الخارجية الياباني بعد اجتماع مع نظيرته الأميركية في طوكيو إن شركات من الجانبين ستبحث كيفية إعادة بناء المنطقة الشمالية.
