قالت بريطانيا إنها تأمل في توفر مزيد من الطائرات المقاتلة للحملة بليبيا، بينما أكدت فرنسا أنها تسعى لتوسيع نطاق الهجمات لتشمل مراكز الخدمات اللوجستية، في وقت قالت الأمم المتحدة إنه لا وجود لما يدعو لتأمين عسكري لقوافل الإغاثة الإنسانية.
