أرسل المواطن الليبي المنفي علاء العامري رسالة مفتوحة إلى سيف الإسلام القذافي، مشيرا إلى سياسات التعذيب والقتل التي اتبعها نظام العقيد منذ قبل أن يولد سيف، مقارنا بين نظرتي كل من الكاتب نفسه وابن القذافي إلى ليبيا.
