قالت وكالة الأمن والسلامة النووية والصناعية اليابانية إنها قررت رفع مستوى الخطر في المفاعل النووي السابع في محطة فوكوشيما دايتشي التي ضربها الزلزال من الدرجة الخامسة إلى السابعة، وهي أعلى درجة.
