اعتبر وزير الخارجية المصري نبيل العربي أن منظمة مجلس التعاون الخليجي نجحت بالتحرك بشكل منسق للحفاظ على الاستقرار في البحرين، في تطبيق عملي لمفهوم الأمن الجماعي بمنطقة الخليج.
