يجري عبد العاطي العبيدي, مبعوث العقيد معمر القذافي مباحثات في تركيا اليوم بعد اليونان, لمناقشة أفكار لوقف إطلاق النار. كما أعلن في تركيا أنه يتوقع وصول ممثل للمعارضة إلى أنقرة بعد العبيدي.
