قال ناشطون حقوقيون إن أكثر من أربعمائة شخص فقدوا في شرقي ليبيا منذ بدء ثورة 17 فبراير للمطالبة برحيل العقيد معمر القذافي وعبروا عن مخاوفهم من قتل أو اعتقال كثيرين من قبل الكتائب التابعة للنظام.
