أجرت الحكومة المصرية تعديلات بقيادات المؤسسات الصحفية المملوكة للدولة أطاحت ببعض أبرز رموز مرحلة الرئيس المخلوع حسني مبارك. وكان العاملون في هذه المؤسسات قد نظموا سلسلة وقفات احتجاجية للمطالبة بتغير القيادات الصحفية، بينما لا يزال المئات من العاملين في الإذاعة والتلفزيون يطالبون بالتغيير.
