أعلن في الجزائر أمس عن تأسيس حزب جديد تحت اسم "جبهة التغيير الوطني" أمام جمع حاشد غصت به القاعة الرياضية في بلدية الكاليتوس بالعاصمة الجزائرية، وهو أول حزب سياسي يُعلن عنه بعد رفع حالة الطوارئ التي كانت مفروضة منذ 19 عاما.
