دعا برلماني أوكراني الرئيس الأوكراني فيكتور يانوكوفيتش إلى سحب جميع الأوسمة التي قدمت سابقا للعقيد الليبي معمر القذافي، لمسؤوليته المباشرة "عن أحداث العنف في ليبيا وعن مقتل السكان المدنيين فيها".
