يبحث قادة الاتحاد الأوروبي خلال اجتماع استثنائي اليوم إمكانية حث العقيد الليبي معمر القذافي على التنحي ومسألة الاعتراف بـالمجلس الوطني الانتقالي الليبي، فيما قال حلف شمال الأطلسي (ناتو) إنه موحد بشأن موقفه من ليبيا وجاهز لأي عمل هناك.
