اعترفت فرنسا اليوم بالمجلس الوطني الانتقالي الليبي "ممثلا وحيدا للشعب الليبي"، وبذلك تكون باريس أول عاصمة تعترف بهذا المجلس الذي كثف من تحركاته لتحقيق اعتراف دولي به.
