كثفت عدة دول تحركاتها لإجلاء رعاياها من ليبيا, وسط مخاوف وتحذيرات من أزمة إنسانية متصاعدة بسبب تداعيات تدهور الموقف الأمني. وقد تواصل تدفق المزيد من الرعايا العرب والأجانب المقيمين في ليبيا على الجنوب التونسي هربا من تردي الأوضاع.
