رغم الثورة المستمرة التي تدور رحاها بمختلف المدن الليبية مطالبة بإسقاط نظام العقيد القذافي، فقد شاركت الجماهيرية الليبية في معرض مسقط للكتاب، لكن بدون الكتاب الأخضر هذه المرة، وهو الكتاب الذي يحمل توقيع العقيد ويبشر بنظرية فكرية عالمية.
