قتل 16 شخصا وأصيب أكثر من أربعين آخرين في اقتحام نفذته قوات موالية للزعيم الليبي معمر القذافي لمدينة الزاوية غرب العاصمة طرابلس. كما هاجمت قوات أخرى تجمعات لمحتجين يسيطرون على مدينة مصراتة شرق العاصمة الليبية وقتلت عددا منهم.
