شن الكاتب البريطاني روبرت فيسك هجوما شرسا على العقيد الليبي معمر القذافي ووصفه بأقذع وأقسى الصفات، وقال إن "الدكتاتور القاسي والمتكبر والمغرور أوغل في سفك دماء الليبيين وإنه يترنح وربما هرب إلى الخارج".
