أفتى علماء ليبيون بأن خروج كل المسلمين في ليبيا على قيادتهم "فرض عين"، في حين استنكر عدد كبير من العلماء من مختلف الدول العربية ما يجري في ليبيا من "مجازر وحشية" ضد المدنيين المسالمين، وطالبوا بنصرة الثورة الليبية.
