قال وزير الدفاع الأميركي روبرت غيتس إن العراق سيواجه مشاكل شتى من حماية مجاله الجوي إلى جمع واستخدام معلومات المخابرات ما لم يغير خططه إثر عودة جميع القوات الأميركية مع نهاية العام الحالي.
