يبدي الكاتب الدانماركي نيلس هاو سعادته لصدور الترجمة العربية لديوانه "حين أصير أعمى" ويعتبر ذلك انضماما لأسرة كبيرة. كما لا يخفي "حسده" للكتّاب العرب، فالعربية "تتمتع بثراء غامر وجذور تتأصل في عصور الحضارات الأولى" كما يتحدث بها الناس في قارتين كبيرتين.
